Welcome to the website (the "Website") of Small Shoe Heaven ("SmallShoeHeaven.co.uk"). SmallShoeHeaven.co.uk provides services to you subject to the notices, terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). In addition, when you use any SmallShoeHeaven.co.uk service you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such service and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. SmallShoeHeaven.co.uk reserves the right to change this Website and these terms and conditions at any time. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.  If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund the postage costs.

Postage and Packing

All items are checked prior to dispatch and wrapped in suitable protective packaging.  Orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and a signature will be required on delivery.  We charge a flat rate cost of £4.95 (four pounds and ninety five pence) for UK Mainland.

Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the cost of the item.  Providing the shoes/boots/bags are returned in 'as new' (unworn) condition within 14 days.  However as a small company we cannot afford to refund postage and packing costs and goods must be returned at your own expense.  We strongly recommend you retain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
