We charge a flat rate of £4.95 (four pounds and ninety five pence) for UK regardless of how many items are ordered, providing they do not exceed our maximum order value*.  All items are shipped using a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service and packages will have to be signed for.

Small Shoe Heaven only ship within the United Kingdom.

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal and you don't need to have a PayPal account or set one up.  After proceeding to the Checkout you will be redirected to GlobeCharge website first to enter you Name, Address and Contact details.  Next you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can pay using any of the major credit/debit cards in a secure environment.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service. We will not see you credit card details this is handled entirely by PayPal.  On completion of payment click on the Return to Merchant link to return to the Small Shoe Heaven website. An email will be automatically sent to you via PayPal and your order will be dispatched within 2 working days.  

Alternatively you can email us your order, we will email you back to confirm the items are in stock and have been reserved for you and then you can send a UK cheque or Postal Orders in Pounds Sterling by post.  Please note if we have not received you postal payment within 7 days the items will be made available to other customers and we cannot guarantee availability.

The Askey & Hirst shoes are all marked with Continental (EU) sizes between 33 and 36 with all the half sizes in between.  There is a simple conversion chart on our Sizing page which allows you to measure your feet in centimetres and find out which EU size is the nearest match.

We will happily swap the shoes for a larger/smaller size (subject to availability) or give you a refund for the cost of the shoes. All we ask is that the shoes are returned to us in 'as new' unworn condition*. 

• Complete the Postal Returns Note enclosed with your order and enclose with the items you are returning.
• Write the return address on the parcel which is: Small Shoe Heaven, The Cottage, Winterford Lane, Eaton, Cheshire CW6 9AP
• Send the items back in suitable protective packaging, you can re-use the original packaging.  You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us however we will not charge you for postage when sending out the replacement goods.
• Retain proof of posting, we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Sometimes a shoe or brand may come up smaller/larger than a standard EU sizing.  In these cases we may send you a shoe stamped with a slightly different size than ordered but which most closely matches the CM measurement for the size ordered.  In these cases we will let you know by email prior to dispatch.

We will endeavour to despatch your order within 2 working days.  Delivery in the UK is usually within 1-2 days of despatch from Small Shoe Heaven but please allow up to 5 working days to receive your goods.

All our shoes, boots and bags are made to order for Small Shoe Heaven in advance of the seasonal collections and we are unable to re-order stock.  When we run out of a particular item for a specific size/colour it will be clearly marked Sold Out.  On occassion an item may be out of stock even though the website has not indicated this.  Possibly due to similar orders being processed at the same time. If this occurs we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss whether you would like an alternative or would like us to refund the cost of the unavailable item.

We don't produce a brochure or catalogue which would quickly become out of date due to the limited stocks we have available. The website always gives the current availability and prices for everything we stock.

All the shoes, boots and bags we sell are handmade from some of the finest leathers available.  The shoes and boots have leather uppers, soles, inners and lining offering a superior level of comfort and with care will give many years of wear. We think they represent excellent value for money and you would be hard pressed to find similar quality items available at these prices.
